Floating Dock Installation Process

Step 1: Align the Black Seals
Ensure the black seals of all floating dock sections face the same direction. This standardizes orientation for subsequent assembly.

Step 2: Identify Markings on "Ears"
Locate the number labels (1, 2, 3, 4) marked on the "ears" (protrusions) of each dock section. These guide proper alignment.

Step 3: Stack by Markings
Position the dock sections in a top-to-bottom superimposed manner, matching the numbered "ears" (e.g., ear 1 of the upper section aligns with ear 1 of the lower section).

Step 4: Press the Mushroom Head
Align the mushroom-shaped connector with the socket, then firmly push it downward until fully inserted.

Step 5: Rotate to Lock
Rotate the mushroom head counterclockwise to secure it in place. This locks the sections together stably.

Final Check
Verify all connections: ensure mushroom heads are locked, sections are aligned, and the structure feels stable. The installation is now complete!

Anchoring:

1.If water is less than 3m in depth, steel piles are to be put in proper place and then connected by wheels, which can prevent the floating dock from moving laterally but can automatically rise and fall in line with water level.

2.If water is over 3m in depth, anchoring can be used by sinking the anchorage block pulled by steel cables to the water bottom.
