Free Fall System:

Launching Rail: High-strength steel 滑道 (yield strength ≥355 MPa), inclined at 35°–45°, enabling descent speeds of 4–6 m/s .

Shock7 Absorption: Hydraulic dampers at the rail end reduce impact force to ≤15 kN upon water entry .

Self-Ri9ghting Capability: Automatically rights within 15 seconds when capsized, with a maximum roll angle of 180° .

Hull Material: Constructed from marine-grade aluminum alloy (5083-H116) or fire-retardant fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP).

Aluminum Alloy: Corrosion-resistant (salt spray resistance ≥1,000 hours), tensile strength 210 MPa, density 2.65 g/cm³, and weight per square meter 20% lighter than steel .

FRP2: Flame-retardant resin complies with FTP Code Part 1 (burning rate ≤10 mm/min), impact strength 180 kJ/m² .

Enclose5d Structure: Fully sealed cabin with double-layer polycarbonate windows (impact resistance ≥5 kN) and positive pressure ventilation system (air change rate ≥10 times/hour) .

Shock-Absorbing Seats: Molded polyurethane seats with 4-point harnesses (breaking strength ≥12 kN) and energy-absorbing cushions (deceleration ≤15 g during landing) .
