We specialize in custom - made marine manhole covers, offering raised and flush - type options, including Type A, B, C, D, and E.

Marine manhole cover is suitable for ship watertight and oil tight manhole cover, comply with ISO5894. We designed the marine manhole cover according to GB/T5746, CB/T19-2001 AND ISO3903.

Material of marine manhole cover includes: steel, aluminum, stainless steel as per clients' request.

Customized according to clients' special drawing.

Available Certificate: CCS, ABS, BV, LR, GL, DNV, RINA, etc.

 

Type A manhole cover
This is an aluminum Type A manhole cover. It's oval - shaped with a raised skirt, 100mm above the opening plane, effectively preventing sewage and debris from entering. Available in two nominal sizes: 450X350mm and 500X400mm. Different bolt diameters and quantities correspond to specific dimensions for various installation needs. Its weight varies based on bolt configurations, ranging from 7.3KG to 14.6KG for the 450X350mm size, and 13.8KG to 19.4KG for the 500X400mm size. Made of aluminum, it's lightweight and corrosion - resistant, ideal for marine applications.

Type B manhole cover

The Type B marine manhole cover is oval, with a 20mm - thick seating ring for better integration with the installation surface and stable structure. It seals well, meeting water - and oil - tightness needs. Neat - looking, it takes up little extra space.

It's widely used on ship decks, inner bottom plates, etc., facilitating personnel access and equipment maintenance, especially in areas where space and flatness matter.

Type C manhole cover
The Type C manhole cover is oval and features a 30 - millimeter - high base structure, offering certain stability and support. It is commonly used in ship compartments for equipment inspection and maintenance access. Also, it can be applied in storage tanks and utility rooms where occasional entry for operations or checks is required.
 

Type D manhole cover
The Type D manhole cover is oval and low - profile, fitting well in height - restricted spaces. With various fastener configurations, it meets different installation needs.
