N Type HHP Pool Anchor is a high holding power (HHP) stockless anchor designed primarily for large commercial vessels, such as tankers, bulk carriers, container ships, and offshore supply vessels. It is a variant of the Pool Anchor series--optimized for higher efficiency and compact stowage in the ship's hawse pipe.

There are two options of N Type HHP Pool Anchor, one is fully balanced and the other is unbalanced. The former one can offer even load distribution for enhanced stability and safety, while the latter one does not distribute loads evenly. The unbalanced anchor can lead to increased stress on certain points, potentially compromising the integrity of the structure over time. Fully balanced anchor is an excellent choice for high-stress applications, while the unbalanced anchor is more suitable for lighter applications or temporary use.

1.The high holding power (HHP) classification can offer 2-3 times the holding power of a standard stockless anchor of the same weight.
2.The streamlined design makes the vessels be stable embedding in various seabeds. The flatter and wider flukes can improve seabed penetration, while the rounded crown and reinforced shank fluke transition can ensure structural integrity under high load.
3.The stockless design is smooth for stowage in the bow anchor pocket.
4.It is made from high strength cast steel or forged steel, often bitumen coating, paint coated or hot dip galvanized for corrosion resistance. It can withstand harsh marine conditions.
