The Delta Style Anchor, also known as a Plough anchor, is a high holding power (HHP) anchor recognized for its quick setting, excellent seabed penetration, and reliable holding in a wide range of seabed conditions. The Delta Style Anchor has a lead-ballasted tip, making it a low center of gravity geometry to ensure it will set and reset properly, and the narrow cross section shank can lead deep penetration. The Delta Style Anchor tapering profile shank aids in centering the anchor in the bow roller on retrieval. Its profile also has a unique 45 degree angle near the plow which helps self-launch the anchor in most bow rollers. It's widely use on commercial vessels, offshore platforms, cargo ships, and yachts.

2.The self-righting tip help the anchor automatically position itself for correct and deep penetration.
